श्री गुलाब चौहान, जवाहर नवोदय विद्यालय के पूर्व छात्र, शिक्षा और समाज सेवा के क्षेत्र में एक प्रतिष्ठित नाम हैं। उन्होंने बरकतउल्ला विश्वविद्यालय से वाणिज्य में स्नातक (बी.कॉम ऑनर्स) एवं 'व्यावहारिक अर्थशास्त्र एवं व्यवसाय प्रबंधन' में परास्नातक (एम.कॉम) की शिक्षा पूरी की। ज्ञान के विस्तार हेतु उन्होंने समाजशास्त्र एवं राजनीति शास्त्र में भी एम.ए. की उपाधि प्राप्त की। Shri Gulab Chouhan, an alumnus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, is a respected name in education and social service. He completed his B.Com (Hons) and M.Com in Applied Economics & Business Management from Barkatullah University, and further earned M.A. degrees in Sociology and Political Science.
उनका अध्ययन यहीं नहीं रुका — माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी राष्ट्रीय पत्रकारिता एवं संचार विश्वविद्यालय से पी.जी. डिप्लोमा इन कंप्यूटर एप्लिकेशन तथा शिक्षा के प्रति समर्पण को आगे बढ़ाते हुए बैचलर ऑफ एजुकेशन (B.Ed) भी किया। His pursuit of learning continued with a PG Diploma in Computer Application from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
उनकी गहरी रुचि सामाजिक मुद्दों, मनोविज्ञान, दर्शनशास्त्र एवं विशेष रूप से भारतीय संविधान में रही है। इन्हीं रुचियों ने उन्हें समाज के वंचित एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर वर्गों के लिए कार्य करने हेतु प्रेरित किया। His deep interest in social issues, psychology, philosophy and especially the Indian Constitution inspired him to work for the underprivileged and economically weaker sections of society.

In this role he works tirelessly to provide academic support to economically weaker and underprivileged aspirants. His leadership and social commitment have established the institute as an effective, result-oriented platform.
