आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी किसी तीसरे पक्ष को बेची या साझा नहीं की जाती। भुगतान प्रक्रिया के लिए Razorpay को केवल आवश्यक जानकारी (ईमेल, राशि) प्रदान की जाती है। Razorpay की अपनी गोपनीयता नीति लागू होती है। Your personal information is not sold or shared with any third party. Only necessary information (email, amount) is shared with Razorpay for payment processing. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to their services.
आपकी जानकारी सुरक्षित सर्वर पर संग्रहीत की जाती है। पासवर्ड एन्क्रिप्टेड (bcrypt) रूप में संग्रहीत होते हैं। भुगतान जानकारी सीधे Razorpay के सुरक्षित सर्वर पर जाती है। Your information is stored on secure servers. Passwords are stored in encrypted (bcrypt) form. Payment information goes directly to Razorpay's secure servers.
हम आपकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी केवल आपकी स्पष्ट सहमति से एकत्र एवं संसाधित करते हैं, जो आप पंजीकरण/आवेदन के समय प्रदान करते हैं। सहमति देना स्वैच्छिक है, परंतु प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करने हेतु आवश्यक है। आप किसी भी समय अपनी सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं (देखें — आपके अधिकार)। We collect and process your personal data only with your explicit consent, given at the time of registration/application. Providing consent is voluntary but necessary to complete the admission process. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see "Your Rights").
हम आपकी जानकारी केवल प्रवेश एवं परीक्षा के प्रयोजनों हेतु आवश्यक अवधि तक ही रखते हैं। सामान्यतः पंजीकरण डेटा संबंधित सत्र की समाप्ति के पश्चात उचित अवधि (अधिकतम 3 वर्ष) तक अभिलेख हेतु रखा जाता है, जिसके उपरांत इसे सुरक्षित रूप से हटा दिया जाता है — जब तक कि विधि द्वारा अन्यथा अपेक्षित न हो। We retain your data only for as long as necessary for admission and examination purposes. Registration data is generally kept for record purposes for a reasonable period after the relevant session (up to 3 years), after which it is securely deleted — unless a longer period is required by law.

यदि आवेदक की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम है, तो आवेदन माता-पिता/संरक्षक की सहमति से ही किया जाना चाहिए। हम बच्चों के डेटा का उपयोग किसी प्रकार के व्यवहार-आधारित ट्रैकिंग या लक्षित विज्ञापन के लिए नहीं करते। आवेदन पत्र में जन्मतिथि के आधार पर अवयस्क आवेदकों हेतु संरक्षक-सहमति अनिवार्य की जाती है। If the applicant is below 18 years of age, the application must be made with the consent of a parent/guardian. We do not use children's data for any behavioural tracking or targeted advertising. Guardian consent is required for minor applicants, based on the date of birth provided in the form.
किसी भी व्यक्तिगत डेटा उल्लंघन की स्थिति में, हम अधिनियम के अनुसार भारतीय डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड एवं प्रभावित व्यक्तियों को यथाशीघ्र सूचित करेंगे। In the event of any personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals promptly, as required by the Act.
